One Bedroom & Loft & Two Bath Condominium in the Scenic Meadow Area of Mammoth Lakes. Sleeps up to 6 (approx. 1100 Sq. Ft). This spacious 2 story unit has vaulted ceilings and you walk up one flight of outside stairs to enter the unit. Corner unit is bright with lots of windows to let the light in and is near the pool/spa area of the complex. The first floor is the Bedroom, Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room and 1 Full Bathroom. The second floor is the Loft and the 2nd Full Bathroom. The Loft is open to the living room by a half wall. The Master Bedroom has 1 King Bed and the Loft has 1 King Bed and 1 Twin Bed. There is  a fold out couch in the living room.The livingg room features a flatscreen TV, Pellet Stove and access to the deck. There are two outside parking spaces. Sunrise Condominiums offer a Spa, Seasonal Swimming Pool and Sauna.  Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the common area near the office.  COMPLIMENTARY INTERNET and CABLE TV are provided, however NO REFUNDS will be given for connectivity problems or Internet failure.  TOML-CPAN-15455

Very professional management company
The condo suited is just fine as a family of four. It had everything we needed. The property managers did a great job clearing the grounds after a big storm. It was also very easy to get in touch with them Thank you for a very nice stay

owner maintenance issues
The heater at the bottom of the stairs is missing a knob to set the temperature so we weren't able to use it. During our stay 3 of the 5 dining room chairs experienced failures by just sitting gently in them. The mode of failure was the same in each case. The sixth had already failed before our arrival. This was communicated to management. IN addition two other chairs one a bar stool and one other chair, had loose backs so we did not use them to sit in. The map could be better . we misinterpreted it and initially went to the upper lot and the road map did not completely show the road. Also putting in the address did not get us to the office. Maybe there should be a different address. 103 Meadow does not seem t oexist.

Great Stay in Mammoth
Nice condo and a short drive to slopes. Easy access to both Eagle Lodge and Canyon Lodge base areas. Conveniently located near restaurants in Mammoth Lakes. Condo has a lot of space and was perfect for our short ski trip.

Great location. Super close to the bus to take to the mountain. The place needs some upgrades. Very very outdated. The furniture is a little gross. The chairs all were stained with who knows what. Bedroom bed was comfy for sure. However, the sleeper sofa was absolutely terrible.
