We arrived very late and an envelope was left on the front desk for us, a gentleman came out to help us and were upgraded to a bigger room since two others joined our party. I can’t thank them enough for doing that. Will definitely be staying here again

Hotel is old and hasn’t been updated. It doesn’t have air conditioning nor a ceiling fan. There was some mold in the bathroom.

I don't know if they have bedbugs or something else but we had bites on body.. Very small rooms and queen size beds are joke.. it's hardly enough for one person to sleep comfortably. Only positive thing was staff.. super nice folks .

This is a fine place to stay. Staff is friendly. Tons of messages about amenities not operating, but no big deal for me. No AC, so that was a major bummer as it was 87 degrees during the day. It looks like a nice winter place. Very clean

Basic yet cozy
Basic yet cozy hotel. The staff was friendly and let my friend and I store some dry food there while we hiked. I liked the location as it was easy walking distance to a few good restaurants and parking was easy.

No jacuzzi or gym.
The property advertised a jacuzzi and a workout room. When I arrived I was told the jacuzzi and the workout room were not working. It was not noted on hotel.com site the staff said they usually work with Expedia and that they would check the site. No compensation was offered. The hotel looks old. Needs an update.
