Our stay of 3 nights was decent. My main gripe was the rooms were tiny, bathrooms too. The breakfast buffet was decent, albeit mostly cheap carbohydrates and very little protein. Our air con broke the last day and they recommended we change rooms but we were about to leave when we received the notice. The staff, however, were super friendly and super helpful. We also got massages at the spa and that was very good.

We had a wonderful experience during our two-week stay at the Bai Hotel. Overall, the experience was very positive. The front desk staff were exceptionally accommodating, and the security personnel were attentive, providing excellent customer service. The housekeeping team did a great job addressing our needs throughout our stay, even though we opted not to have daily room cleanings. They ensured we had everything we required. The gym was clean and equipped with everything necessary for a quick workout, and the elevators were quiet and functional. We encountered no issues with traffic. We spent an enjoyable evening at the rooftop bar and most of our breakfasts at the Wall Street Coffee Shop, conveniently located on the premises. However, I would recommend that management look into improving two areas. First, the currency exchange rates need to be more competitive compared to what we found at other exchange services. Second, the driveways could be better maintained, with attendants directing traffic more effectively. There were multiple instances when two vehicles were parked directly in front of the entrance, blocking access. During our stay, we rented a car and used the underground parking structure, and on more than two occasions, we encountered double-parked vehicles. Addressing this issue would likely reduce frustration for guests. Despite these minor concerns, I highly recommend Bai Hotel to anyone planning a visit to Cebu.

This is our continued stay from Aug 2nd and extended to Set 14th. Very convenient location to our daughter’s university, staff are very polite, always clean, no issues with noise and best of all the hotel clinic helped our son and daughter with their medical conditions while staying as guests. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. I mean a staff member got into the elevator with me and another guest. He stopped at an earlier floor than us and as he got out he turned to us and said, "Thank you for staying with us at the Bai. I hope you are enjoying your stay." I could go on. By far the nicest of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Security is a little too tight for my taste.

The breakfast and supper buffets had an excellent variety of food choices. The custom made omelets and indian food choices were great. Canned soda and mixed alcoholic drinks were VERY high priced.
