It was extremely hot in Kankakee/Bourbonnais. The hotel room did not have the air on. It took a very long time to cool off. I went and purchased fans to keep cool during the duration of our stay. Housekeeping never came and cleaned. I had to ask staff for toilet paper. Then the toilet overflow and the overnight staff did not bring a plunger like she said she would. We had to clean that up ourselves.

When we arrived the air conditioning was not on. We were on the third floor and it was EXTREMELY HOT. I had to purchase 2 fans to help cool it down. I understand heat rise. Secondly, no one cleaned our room Saturday..nor Sunday. I had to asked staff for toilet paper twice. We extended our stay until Monday and the staff still did not supply towels or toilet paper. We placed our used towels and trash outside of the door. I seen a housekeeper down the hall and she gave a large bag for my trash and was so willing to help. This was a very busy weekend and it was a lot people in the hotel. I still give the front desk staff 10/10

No blackout on window shade. Bar area was really nice, but breakfast needs some work. Room was setup with a sofa but no tv to watch if sitting on sofa. Layout of rooms needs to be updated.

Coffe pot in room did not work , Very little hot water in shower , noise level was terrible hall way could here everything . The lady in the morning that worked the desk she also cooked the whole breakfast for everyone was not her job but did it anyway she was very friendly but the big boss was very stuck up so to speak .

Great Mobility Roll In Shower.
We stayed last September it was a great room for mobility challenged people. It has wonderful roll in shower. Comfortable bed in a large room. Employees are very nice. Easy to find with many restaurants in the area.

Don’t stay here it was terrible! Checked in and it seemed like the room was still dirty. One set of towels for a room booked as a double. No cups next to a dirty coffee machine AND no ice bucket liner. When I asked for another set of towels I was told they had none it would be 45 mins, I went after an hour and still none!

We had a great stay! The only downfall was the pool was down for maintenance our entire stay forcing us to check out one night early to find a different hotel. However, the front desk was gracious enough to refund our last night. We enjoyed the pancakes at the continental breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel again.
