The room had a bad odor to it, and the room was very noisy being next to the highway. There were also screaming babies and kids running up and down the hallways at early hours.

Nice place overall. Welcome staff was not very welcoming. There were multiple ladies ( I did not keep track of names but it was on 9/13/24 around 2-4pm) who were snarky with me and my family. They seemed annoyed when we showed up at 210 for our 3 pm check in time and did not even attempt to accommodate early. They also seemed annoyed that I preferred not to join IHG rewards. Very disappointed in their unwelcoming behavior.

I do not like the fact that they allow pets to stay at the hotel. The dog in the room across the hall barked all night. I think it was left unattended for most the night.
