Over all stay was good. Excellent staffs (friendly and approachable; respectful) *Our bathroom drain is clogged (room 1104), but I haven’t raise concerns about it during our stay since it was just short stay; plus having HK background I know their HK knows that.. that drain needs to be fixed ‘coz they will see it’s clogged every time they clean the bathroom (shower area) during check outs. Our room was located on the 11th floor which is nice, but the lift only goes up to 10th floor and you need to use the stairs to go up to 11th floor—- which is for us is ok , it’s little bit of exercise. Location is good—— close to MOA, Baclaran, NAIA Dining options not too good for me since most of dining places around the hotel’s location are the fastfoods… which I’m not into.

Very reasonably priced, good service, Actually, great service. Very spacious and comfortable room with good TV channels. I rented two rooms, and one had better TV reception than the other. The studio was better. Also great location for shoppers. Beds are a little too stiff.

Booked a standard room which was on the 11th floor (all standard rooms are on the 11th floor) but the lifts only go up to the 10th floor. (I personally didn't mind but it may be difficult for those with disabilities). The room was big with a mini fridge, cable TV and a dining table. The cable socket was detached from the wall but not a big issue. Towards the end on my stay the Aircon unit started leaking a lot of water. The WiFi was a bit flakey. It has a pool and restaurant on the second floor and a hidden fish pond at the back which was a nice find. The rooms have a certain rustic charm about them. It was comfortable and I wouldn't mind staying there again even with it's little faults.

The property was very nice, staff was professional and courteous, and the location is convenient. The 3 bedroom is very spacious, the beds are comfortable and the amenities are good. The restaurant is comparatively pricey and the food is mediocre. Took a long time to get our meal in an uncrowded restaurant. Overall a very nice stay.
