I stayed at the Heritage Hotel in Manila from September 14-September 16, 2024. I stayed here last year 3 times and the accessibility to the airport and the Mall of Asia are the two things I considered when booking this place. Overall, I will give it an average rating. The only reason I am not giving it a higher rating this time is because of the ridiculous amount of price of using the facility for laundry. Each item in their laundry itemized list has different prices for shirts, socks, etc. And each piece add up, and mine was more for a single-night stay. I hope the management reconsiders the ridiculous price. If there are nearby laundromats, I suggest the traveler utilize them instead of using the one in the facility. Other than that, my stay was okay and I have no other issues other than the one mentioned above.

It’s OK
The Heritage is about 15 to 20 minutes from the airport by car. The hotel overall has a faded glory vibe. The rooms are a good size but showing wear and tear on all fittings. The biggest problem was the very loud road noise from the very busy 24 hour road that the hotel fronts. Rooms on the opposite side may be better. When choosing this hotel there were scant offerings from Hotels.com for airport hotels but when we arrived there were a number opposite the airport that weren’t shown on their website. The hotel staff were fantastic, friendly and very accommodating.

The service is excellent. The staff are very helpful. The hotel maybe outdated but the staff are reliable and friendly. The shuttle to the airport and nearby mall is a plus. The service is par excellence.

Everything was great except for the construction that was happening right above our floor. There wasn't any warning that it would be loud. There was drilling and banging starting at 8am and was very, very loud. It would have been nice to be informed.
