They need an elevator or other way to get to the 2nd floor. It was asked for 1st floor when the reservation was made do to bad knees and was put on the 2nd floor and the steps are stright up. The person at tge front desk couldn't understand or speak English so it was very confusing.

Very comfortable
We stopped here after traveling through a very wicked storm. Very stressed and happy to be here. Room was very clean. It was a king room with a nice sitting area to relax. Wonderful breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. We actually ran into some old friends there and ate with them! Oh and the coffee was very good as well! Anyway the bed was comfy and the shower was great. Would definitely stay here again

Good service but hard mattress.
The bed was hard as a rock. The one chair was not comfortable. The chair needed to be steam cleaned. I put a towel over the ottoman because it also looked like it needed to be cleaned. The help was great the room was clean. I just was disappointed in the chair and mattress.

Next to an overnight semi-truck stop so if you get a room on the front side there is truck engine noise. There was a college men’s sports team eating breakfast when I came down and they literally ate all the food. I had to go to a restaurant for breakfast. All in all, it is a good and safe place to stay.

Hot tub was down yet again. Which seems to be a reaccuring thing. Then was charged an additional fee on another card to even check in for a deposit, that I still have not received back. That was an addtional $46. When will I get this back? The girl working the desk that night said she didn't know and it would go back on my card at sometime. Was not very helpful or trained on the couple things that were asked, and just stated that how it was and if I wanted the room I had already paid for days ahead that this was the only way. Also was only 9 am on our day of check out and they turned our keys off. Luckily my husband was still in the room grabbing the last of the bags when I realized our keys stopped working. When I went to front counter to ask about it, no one was around as I waited to ask what happened. We didn't think check out was until 11 but had to go ahead and just wait for the rest of our group from town out in our car.
