Worst hotel ive ever stayed in. First assigned rooms hinges on door were broken, wouldnt lock and killed 3 huge spiders before calling management. They changed our room. Remote to tv didn't work, sink faucet had no water pressure, tub ess dirty, no coffee pot, no ice macine, doors on dresser fell off after opening them. Pool was out of order, breakfast consisted of cold cereal and bananas

I wish I could attach pictures to this review. We booked this hotel so the family could swim. Of course the pool had been down for quite some time with the city needing to come in to sign off on the condition before it opens. The room itself had brown stains on the headboard, the baseboard in the bathroom was rotted through and the keycard door didn’t latch properly. We felt unsafe and when we tried to switch rooms-we were told they were completely booked. 0/10

I was disappointed about pool being down but it happens.so we did something else to pass the time but when i went to bed to fina baby coakroach in my bed between the sheets crawling unexceptable i take the picture and the baby roach to front desk and the gentleman acts like what do you want me to do about it i asked for different room he says there fully booked but yet went down to smoke a cigarette and come in and a couple walk in no reservation and ask if they can get a room for the night im beyound livid and took all my belongings back to my car to insure i dont carry coakroaches home with me down right disgusted

Pleasant Stay
This hotel provided basic accommodations. It’s not super fancy, and the building is a bit dated and worn. Overall I felt like the room was clean and comfortable enough. It was a fine place for me to stay.

The door handle to our room kept falling off, the first thing we seen when we walked in was that the smoke detector fell from the ceiling & was laying on the bed. There was a clump of hair in the tub, and there was a leak coming from the ceiling vent in the bathroom. The breakfast sucks, the cereal was extremely stale and hard & there's hardly any options.

I wasn't expecting a high end hotel but the room felt dirty and I couldn't be positive the bed had clean sheets on it. The towels were clean but stained and water pressure was very low! We decided to try breakfast but there really was very little there. The counter was very dirty, coffee and orange juice were empty. We just needed a place to sleep while we were in town for a wedding, so I decided to go a bit more economical. Probably the last time I am doing that.
