DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. We had two major issues related to amenities: No hot water and No air-conditioner or heating. The receptionist was the rudest guy we ever met. When we complained about these two issues, told us . We probably would have left, had we not been ill on that day. However, another guy comes in and promised us to give another room on day 2. On day 2, we were told that the manager was not there yet and asked us to wait. Day 2 was gone. On day 3, not having a bath for 3 days due to lack of hot water, and sleeplessness due to the lack of proper heating, we dared not to ask anymore and decided to leave the hotel before our schedule. We claimed a refund for our last two days, but according to Hotels.com the property denied the request. And there are a number of minor issues: broken toilet seat, tissue holder.. electronic door key-card that does not work most of the times, toilet and bathroom doors that do not close properly…… Hotels.com has been supportive, but Hotels.com should ban this property from their list. The way I see it, I paid Hotels.com for 3 nights of my stay with a/c and hot water, which I did not get. And Hotels.com failed to collect refund for me. So, even though, Hotels.com generously offered me coupon, for the sake of the next customers of Hotels.com, this property should be banned for breaching contracts and providing service with impolite, rude personnel.
