There was an issue with the telephone system which was non functional....also an issue with the television and the staff member didnt know what to do....should have a policy in place to call someone if cannot be actioned in house....otherwise everything else was at a professional level...

Abordable comparing to others. I have severe allergy to cats and this hotel was one of the only that wasn’t pet friendly! The staff members were very nice, very helpful and responded well to our requests. Definitely will recommend this place for a short or long time stay! Thank you very much!

Good location not the best inn!-
1st Front Desk Clerk was not welcoming at all! The Front Desk Clerk on Friday night was very helpful! The morning Front Deak Clerk was nicer on her personal phone than to guest in the lobby!

The staff and shuttle drivers were very sweet. The heater unit is insanely loud. The blanket felt like foam and creeped me out. There looked like blood stains on the curtain. But for staying only one night, it wasn’t too bad since the commute to JFK wasn’t too long on the shuttle. I was happy about the convenience of getting to the airport. The price was ok compared to a majority of other hotels I looked at as well.
