We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and the staff were amazing. We will definitely choose this location again the next time we are in town.
Room/hotel very modern, clean, beautiful. Front desk staff have terrible attitude. Lady got into a heated argument with at least 2 different guests that I saw because of her attitude. Audrey
We encouraged other family members from out of town to stay at the Hampton Inn. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. On our last night, our room key, along with 3 others, was mysteriously deactivated. With our rooms on the 4th floor, one family member for each room went back to the lobby for a new key. Two members encountered a staffer who refused to provide a new key because their name wasn't on the reservation even though they could provide ID with the same address as the guest on file. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience. While many staff were friendly and courteous during our stay, the last night was bad. Not a good impression for our out of state families.
The property was fine. I have a problem with Expedia .Booked for pet friendly . Only to get there and it states clearly there is a weight restriction for animals. This is not stated on Expedia website
Iʻm 68 years old and this was one of the best hotel experiences Iʻve had. Our room was outstanding and the staff was friendly and anxious to be of service. I would absolutely stay there again.
Staff was nice. Room was clean and spacious. Lobby was clean and inviting. Breakfast was decent. We've stayed here multiple times over the past few years. I'm glad to see that the property is being kept up.
