WORST STAY EVER
Our stay was awful! Worst one by far we have stayed at. The bed felt like you were sleeping on a piece of cardboard. The toilet literally rocked/moved when you sat down on it. There were holes in the door of the bathroom. There was a paper towel shoved into the peephole with something dripped all over the door. To top it all off the remote did not work the tv. I mean I understand that I asked for a smoking room because we smoke vapes but does that mean I have to lay my head down on literal trash? By far the worst ever.

all and all it was a very pleasant stay, only problem was the toilet was not anchored and rocked back and forth. very irritating. reported it to desk but was still not repaired before i checked out. other than that it was a nice accommodation. would stay there again

Where 70's rock stars once partied!
It's an ancient Holiday Inn that sat empty for years and has been partially rehabbed into a Red Roof Inn. It's OK for a reasonably clean place to lay your head at night. Price is right. New carpet, TV, bath fixtures, etc. This old motel has housed many rock stars that performed at Murray State. Back in the 70's it was the only place in town. Van Halen, ELO, Journey, and many more have trashed that place and partied with students. Might have heard a few echoes.

They put us out because we're homeless but i paid full price for my room. They have mandatory cleaning and i work overnights, i told them this and they completely ignored my schedule and made me stay up until at least 1 pm everyday to clean my room. The female owner is rude and unpleasant.
