The night shift desk worker, tried to sneak her friends into our room Saturday night the 14th, While we were occupying the room. Worker stated that we were a no show, But, we had checked in for two(2) nights on Friday the 13th. there are also several other holes in her story as well.... Not to happy with the situation!

Muffle the AC
Two complaints: 1. When the AC turns on (which it does frequently to keep the room at the programmed temperature), it's so loud you have to adjust the sound on the TV to hear the dialogue. 2. We were disappointed there wasn't a free breakfast as part of the package. It's on us for not noticing this on the website. Lessoned learned for the future.

Spacious and comfortable. People next to us were super loud. Fighting all night. Went to desk to let them know(both night) of the situation since it souded serious and they showed no concern. They made no attempt to call or go check on the person(s).

Everything about the hotel was fine, except the air conditioner was extremely loud and difficult to control the temperature in the room. If it ran for a few minutes it was extremely cold in the room and once it shut off for more than a few min it became slightly stuffy in the air.
