unhappy 55th bd night !
I was unhappy with the room. I picked a King room , was never addressed about a change . it was my 55th Bd . celebration . I came to enjoy a king Room , which I never do bc always have man. or grands. I booked at Fairfield , which was way more then next door the Comfort in bc of the Kibg room. I love the Marriott’s. But the people, the room big yo my standards. Not pleased on my bd night . cane from a big 55th bd , I was giving by in Long island at my sisters in Medford. The next day after taking in evening to either said tell manager in am, i got an excuse something was wrong in my king room , so they moved me. managers in am , was cold, rude said no that’s ur third parties fault they sent in a double , I showed my confirmation , said well noting I can do deal with ur third party , I said Hotel.com always take good care , I never had these problems . So please if you can maybe fix this with points or some Key cash a mother stay free. I could have went next door , with my other friends the price was under 120$ my Other friend a marriot meaner cane and stayed at Fairfield medford too, even thought Comfirt was cheaper , bc of the bring a better hotel, well not this time.
