Arrival is challenging because you need your room card to go into parking area and if there are several people checking in, it is difficult. The staff are so nice and helpful. The young man who checked me in yesterday afternoon was very friendly and accommodating. Also a special shout out to the woman who opened up the breakfast area this morning. I needed to rush to work and she was so pleasant and helpful. Her bright attitude and helpfulness were really appreciated. Thank you!

Convenient to Harvard Square and bus options into the city centre, with a number of dining options within walking distance. There was a good spread of breakfast options and the pool was great.
