There was too much chlorine in the hot tub and it went unnoticed, which led to my mom and I getting chemical poisoning and ruining the clothing that we wore that day. The staff was prompt to close off the area and listen to our concerns, However, no compensation was offered for our sickness and damage to our clothing.

The AC/ Heater made a lot of noise all through the night which led to a disturbed sleep. The front desk staff was not friendly/ courteous when I checked in. The staff next morning was amazing.

This was the worst stay I have ever experienced with the Super 8. No carpets, not handicap accessible. Using cushions from the coach for pillows on the bed. Our room was on the 3rd floor one of the quests uses a cane. We are from the Calgary area, and have never had problems with the Super 8 in around Calgary. This is totally unexceptable.

The bed was hard, the pillows were small and hard and not very comfortable. Did not have a good sleep at this location. Something has changed, because I have stayed here before and I do not remember the beds and pillows being that uncomfortable.

There was, what looked like blood on the wall, a moth squished into the curtains, the carpets were dirty and badly stained. I was nervous to walk in bare feet around. The dresser in the room was broken. The pillows may have been the smallest pillows I’ve seen in a bed. The only redeeming quality was the cost of the room and location.

When we first walked in, all you could smell was cigarette smoke. I was unable to get the A/C to work and unable to get the hair dryer to work. Which I was fine staying in the room. I did let the front desk know
