Nice quiet place

Lovely place to stay if you travel by car. Very quiet and friendly town close to Ljubljana. Walking distance from a few bars. There is Thai Spa, but it doesn't work on Sundays and Saturday evenings. The reception service is amazing. I have accidentally arrived at the same time with a group of 30 people who came for some event. The receptionist immediately gave me my key and after 15 minutes when I was going out she has already checked in all the group of 30. Bravo!

Tina on reception was friendly and welcoming, gave me plenty of useful local information, recommended a place to eat, where to park in Ljubljana. Andrej provided excellent service at the bar and always had a smile. Lovely buffet breakfast, overall a great stay.

Generally good - try to fulfill order conditions.

Staff is friendly, hotel in a good condition, well maintained. We booked 2 double rooms (with single large bed), and got 2 twin rooms. The receptionist said it is up to availability (not true, we ordered clearly double bed and paid few $$ extra for it). After negotiations, one of the rooms was changed, second we agreed to accept as twin, since it was only 1 person in it.

First impression of the hotel was really great comsidering the location, the 1st room i got was with terrible smell then i had to change it to a 2nd one which had the same problem, only the 3rd one was ok but with wide open windows so the receptionist had to bring the extra heater and i had to wait until the room was warm enough to relax.

Smelly and terrible

We were put in room 211, the first thing that we were greeted by was a very bad smell. We reported this to the reception and asked to change rooms, they did nothing to help the situation, we could not change rooms or get a refund, discount or anything. We couldn’t use the heather because It made the smell worst! So it was very cold because we had to open the window in order to get rid of the smell! As soon as we closed the window the smell came back (with or without heater on). The hotel is quite worn down, the rooms are small, the location is very far from everything and the breakfast was really poor. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

the stay was no amazing, the front desk clerk was indirect to our lack of air conditioning. The location of the hotel was strange as the mall next door was blocked from the Casino if you walking at night it could difficult. The breakfast was fine. Finally, the room needs updating.

The air conditing wasn’t working in my room, staff lied stating that entire hotel’s AC isn’t working, which surely wasn’t the case. And not sure how they rated this as 3star, not worth to be called. , rooms were not that great, flooring carpet looked worst than Midland trains. Breakfirst we just had a bread n cheese, as the chef left before bk closing time. Overall not worth, better to consider other places before you go for this. Cheers!
