Great location for a first time visit to Marrakech. Everything is within walking distance and is easy to get to. The staff were welcoming and always at hand to help. The riad is clean and beautiful. The terrace is nice and a great place to relax after a day of exploring. I will definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Kzar Anika Riad was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. It was the perfect way to start our days of exploring. The location is also ideal, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to many major attractions. we booked for five days really enjoyed the food as it was fresh anc lots of options, resort was lovely and clean just the rooms were abit of a walk away from the resurant and wish aqua park had some heated pools as kids couldnt go in as was too cold the actual heated pool was to deep for younger kids other than that all good
