I have booked for double bedroom, they only provided me with deluxe single bedroom, which is not enough for 3 people. They don't even have any toothpaste or moisturizer. Atleast, they need to provide these basic things.
Didn’t stay, we checked in seen the room and left immediately and waiting on a refund which I’m supposed to be receiving a call and email from both red roof inn and hotels.com
All the grounds around the building had dog poop everywhere. I was issued a room that they couldn't get unlocked gave me another room that had not been cleaned and then moved me to the 3rd room on second floor that was good how ever the trash was piled up along the stairs overflowing cans and bags of trash on both floors
It was a bad experience. The room had a bad smell, and even the linens were not cleaned. The restroom door handle was broken, and it was not easy to close the door. It was risky to close the restroom door because if I wanted to open it, I would take off the handle. It was scary. I felt so sorry for booking a room in this hotel and did apologize to my friends for my wrong choice.
The staff charged me twice paid for the first night with my visa card the next morning I used Expedia and paid then I immediately called the front desk to make sure it went through. She assured me that it did then I called my bank to see my transactions and I have been charged three times in two days for the same motel so when I checked out I asked her about why I was charged again and she tried to tell me that my Expedia reservation didn’t come in until 2 o’clock in the afternoon after I don’t talk to her the morning before at 11:44 AM and she verified that it had went through and everything was OK .I had my confirmation number from Expedia, where with tax and all only had to pay $63 and when I got the receipt from her when I checked out, she also charged me $80.68. She try to make some excuses but when I got to look at the receipt, she printed off she charged my card at 4:48 PM that day. I called the main office and back to the Merrillville office and they don’t want to refund my money. So I really have nothing good to say
First of all according to the front desk when we checked in he said that we were already checked in and I said no, I did not check in until right now. The bed had a big dip on it, our toilet was not stable and loose as well as our toilet would over flow even after they came into fix it. Because of the toilet over flowing the guy who worked there didn't have a mop to mop up the floor. I used towels and my
wipes to clean it up and on top of that we had bugs and spiders. We requested a different handicap room and none was available. Requested at least one day refund answer No. Don't stay there
