The room was great! Plenty of space and incredibly clean! Check in staff was tired and rude. Beware of the bathrooms, my son was locked in for about 20 minutes. Good selection for breakfast, but it was cold.

The rooms were clean!!! We left a cell phone in the room on check out day and Richard was super rude to myself and my elderly mother. He was not helpful at all. He also made faces when we asked for water at the front desk. He wouldn't let us back in the room until I asked for a manager. The maintenance man was very kind and he helped my mom retrieve the phone. We didn't catch his name. The cell phone ended up being bin the office at the g ront.

I checked into the hotel after a 10+ hour drive in the cold and rain, and was never informed at check-in that the hotel had no hot water, even though staff already knew about the problem. After such a long trip, all I wanted was a hot shower to unwind, and finding out only after getting to my room was extremely disappointing. I was too exhausted at that point to pack up and find another hotel. When I asked about compensation, they only offered 20%, which felt unfair given they were aware of the issue beforehand and didn’t disclose it. Before checking out, I tried to speak with the manager, but was told she was “running late” and then suddenly “not coming in.” I called over the next few days and left messages, but never received a call back. Overall, very poor customer service and lack of communication. I expected much better.

The staff is excellent and this is a quiet hotel. Also on the day you checkout they don’t knock on your door bothering you. I like the room setup and it has a wide couch that can be used to sleep on. For Las Cruces it’s a great place to stay.
