Liked that when the bellman comes to help with taking luggage down when checking out. He also takes care of getting our vehicle from valet we just give him the ticket and he is on his way . We do not wait long for our vehicle to pull up and there have been times where our vehicle is already there when we come down.

Dan at check in was awesome. Room wasnt ready so he stored our bags and was exstremly caring and nice. No fridge in room and we have meds that needed refridgerated is the downfall.

The only thing I don’t like is there is no refrigerator in a hotel rooms. And since I’m usually there for 2 to 5 days - a refrigerator would come in handy. Other than that everything was great.

Anniversary Trip
The pool is great!! The room, quite out dated. There was one accessible outlet near a bed and it was loose so the charging block kept falling out. The shower head was just one ring of sprayers and if you’re short, there’s basically not enough water hitting you to rinse out your hair. The staff was extremely friendly. The restaurants were good.
