This is a nice boutique guest house, friendly staff, great house made breakfast, and walking distance from Coyoacan city center. During check-in, there was no mention about the possibility of an upgrade (if available) nor I was communicated about the Free Breakfast as perk being a Gold Member at a VIP Access property. After leaving a comment they reached out the next day about breakfast and to apologize for the miscommunication. Overall, it is a small, charming property for a relaxing getaway.

The decor and overall relaxing feel of this place was great. I really liked the art and the beautiful touches throughout. Emiliano was super friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciated his suggestions. Sara made delicious breakfasts. I would definitely stay here again.

This stay was so great!! The property is beautiful, the house has so much character. The room was perfect and spacious. If you get lucky you might get the room with a nice balcony. Your room is cleaned daily and breakfast is available for an extra charge. I picked this property because I wanted a quiet neighborhood and I got just that. The street the house is on is very quiet. I came home on my own pretty late at night and always felt very safe. I have nothing negative to say, I thoroughly enjoyed myself. If you’re thinking about staying here, do it! You will not regret it.

You HAVE to stay here!
Just an absolutely beautiful location and a wonderfully preserved building with FANTASTIC character! Lovely every morning and evening, our host was accommodating and easy-going, even spending some time to teach our boys some chess moves. Very clean, very friendly, good communication, and very helpful with our personal expeditions. Would definitely stay again!
