The space was clean and quiet and had a very nice rooftop area. The check in times were not clear and my confirmations gave differing information so I arrived 'after hours' and was not able for some time to know if I had a place to stay for the evening or not. Be sure to communicate ahead of time to get door codes, instructions on door code quirks and how to get a key for your room ahead of time.
The place its awfull the room they gave me dirty .The bathroom full with signs of humidity everywhere ,walls dirty .TV only with Netflix and Youtube would never come back .Hard tonfind and the telephone listed in expedia doesn’t work!!!
Is not a hotel , it’s a small property with different small rooms. And a non-professional people who “run it”.
Avoid this place. Unless you want something like a hostel. Ur wi try your own small room. Definitely not worth what I paid for it, not even close.
Condesa 185 was a good place to sleep & shower. The room we stayed in was small and and had the basic necessities. No breakfast is included. The terraza is nice if you want to go and relax there. Wifi was really good too. Apparently it is under new management, coming and going as you please was no problem. Walls are thin so it can get a little noisy with the late night people. Staff, Mario, was really attentive and friendly.
Nice location and friendly staff . Will recommend to my friends

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
My room had no windows and the walls were thin. The decor was modern and newly refurbished. The location was good. The price is a little steep for mostly new decor.
I arrived at 2am in the morning and found that there is not any hotel there. Is a shop with the name of Condesa 185. iT WAS CLOSED, NO LIGHTS, THE TAXI HORN AND NOBODY APPEARS, I KNOCK THE DOOR AND NOBODY OPEN.
Obviously I have to move to a REAL HOTEL.
This hotel is fine for 1 night. I had booked in for 8 nights as I was working in the area. Unfortunately the wifi was not constant, one morning there was no water at all in the shower meaning going to work without a shower! It was very noisy, from sound travelling within the hotel, to the construction outside. The road outside the hotel was under construction, which aside from the noise meant cars/ taxis could not stop here.
Well located in the Condesa and pleasing but is not in the heart of the Condesa. You would have to walk 15 min to be on the heart in order to have a decent meal.
Small details missing: no towels in my room, cable connection not working, etc. but staff is friendly and will solve most things right away.
Breakfast needs to be improved. I suggest some fruit and real milk. The had half and half milk for cereal. Coffee is terrible...
The city is filled with culture! We went to The Pyramids, Frida Kahlo's Museum, The Anthropology Museum and visited the Murals of Diego Rivera. A great time!
This is a high priced Hostel trying to be a boutique hotel. The location is terrible the noise of the street will not let you sleep. The room smelled like mold and the toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The Bed was worn and uncomfortable. I could not sleep there. The rate a night is too high for that type of accommodations . I got there in the early morning and simply would not stay there. They charged me for two nights which I never slept there. I had to go to a real 5 star Hotel for a few dollars a night more.
I would not recommend this Hostel to anyone. There are much nicer Hotels for less.
Very noisy hotel, the street below has an intense amount of traffic all day and night that creates nice out of horns and engines. I just could´t sleep. I do not recommend the hotel to anybody whether you are traveling for business or pleasure. AC.
