Great location, loved having the veranda and the little kitchen complete with a kettle. Very spacious room, comfortable bed. The breakfast is disappointing, especially given the price of the accommodation, but a minor quibble.

The boutique hotel is a short walk to south beach and to all the action of the south beach area. We liked that it was in a quiet area. The included breakfast was very good. We were happy with our choice.

We had stayed at Blanc Kara a few years ago and were surprised how much nicer it was this time. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. We particularly enjoyed the full kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and offers great restaurants.

The front desk person on Sunday morning was not helpful, we felt pressured to leave the hotel as soon as possible, check out time is at 11 early already, could not extend any longer, did not even do a proper check out, not even said goodbye.

Nice place. Studio apartment style. If you want to save money on food cook at your place. The restaurant across the street was very good. You can split the meals they make. I also recommend the pain killer drink. Very tasty and splittable. There’s a local bar behind the restaurant that’s open till 5am. Walgreens about 4 blocks away.

Where do I begin? Our flight landed at 9:00 am, so I called Blanc Kara to see if my mother and I could check in early. Robolso answered the phone and explained that check-out was at 11:00 am, so no rooms were available yet. However, he assured us that as soon as a room was ready, it would be cleaned first, and he invited us to come over and store our luggage. When we returned around 12:30 pm, Robolso let us check in at no additional cost. Fast forward, our cruise was unexpectedly delayed, and we needed another room. Unfortunately, Blanc Kara was sold out due to the Hurricane Milton evacuations. Robolso went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing us to store our belongings (including food) until we could find a new place. Robolso and the staff were amazing and incredibly kind. We even got our full deposit back hassle-free and fast. I've been traveling for a while, and I’ve never experienced this level of hospitality. I will always recommend Blanc Kara and will be back every time I visit Miami. Thank you again!

I rarely leave a negative review. However, in this case I have to share that my check-in process was extremely flawed. I will not mention names, but the agent continued to enter the cc information provided through an authorization form incorrectly. He continued to tell me “It is not going through”. This situation delayed us significantly with our plans. I personally had to ask if he could read back the cc info but he couldn’t. Therefore, I asked politely for the cc auth form so that I can read back the info to him. Of course, voila cc processed, the agent was not only entering the info wrong but was also charging me for another guest. He did not realize he was accessing a different reservation and not mine. 2 hours later, we enter our room, all seemed worth the hiccup earlier. Here comes the kicker, AC did not work throughout the night. At that point, I decide to stay up all night and just wait to check out in the morning.

Wonderful staff, easy check in and out. The room was nice in an awesome area. The attentions to detail were lacking, the bathroom was worn and dust in the wall above the sofa. Not to nitpick but it wouldn’t be hard to fix up the room to make it another star.
