Finding the shuttle at the airport was a huge hassle. The instructions provided with my reservation were wrong. The color of the van was white, not black, pickup was on the 2nd floor, not arrivals. I had to call 4x before I finally got correct instructions. A large co like Marriot should be able to manage correct instructions for the shuttle.
Check in was slow. I did the pre check in stuff, but that doesn't help if the person in front of you takes a long time. There were 3 counters but only 1 staffer. Eventually a 2nd person came out to help. We were issued a handicapped room and I feel sorry for any wheelchair guests who want to shower. The soap dispensers are mounted over 5 ft up on the wall. While the shower head was on a flexible cord, it was mounted at about 6 ft.
It took over a full minute (maybe 2) of running the water before any warm water came out. Maybe other rooms are better, but if you're handicapped, look for other accommodation. The staff were nice & helpful and the food in the bar was excellent. The shuttle was crowded & slow because it serves several hotels, not just the courtyard. Not sure I'd stay here again.
