En una semana solo una vez nos cambiaron las toallas y porque las pedimos,la habitación nunca la hicieron.En una ocasión estaba delante de el espacio para aparcar esperando q mi esposa sacara algo del guarda bultos y llegaron 2s trabajadores del frondesk y se metieron me miraron y se rieron.Creo q si ellos q son los encargados de dar la primera imagen actúan así q mas esperar.

This hotel was a gated property so no one could come in unless you were staying there, also rooms were very clean, the out door pool was very cold, but a nice hot tub there. The staff was was very friendly and helpful. I recommend Marriott hotels

Very convenient especially shuttle picknup and drop off. Dinning options are good. Friendly staff and check- in was quite easy. The room had zero view, no garden, no hiway, no nothing. Just a white wall. Not really complaining since its just a night stay. But the room is spacious and bathroom is huge. Super clean. Ill book this again.

Restaurant staff needs customer service training. I ordered chips and guacamole and instead got chips and warm salsa. I returned it but the server (Jorge) should've said sorry “let me order your chips and guacamole “ and/or “say let me fix that for you”. Otherwise the stay and hotel fragrance was nice.
