Staff unhelpful and often rude. At the restaurant my friend asked about nuts in the dessert was told no nuts when she got the dessert it had nuts- the waiter didn’t apologize and said he couldn’t exchange it. Front desk unfriendly and made us feel we were a big inconvenience-still no response whether we get charged for checking out a day early due to the hurricane. Management terrible in responding room noisy and loud. Would not recommend or return to this location.

The staff at this resort, except people at the bar were terrible. Especially front desk. I asked her if she can recommend a place to get a massage she responded with an attitude asking me to use google. When I asked about VIP upgrade she said they dont provide that. Ive never seen attitude like that from people at the front desk
