South beach Radisson
Good hotel, beach chairs across the board walk, nice pool area, but limited food service menu and times. Road in front of hotel was closed by city authorities and was difficult to get in. The egress was equally confusing without much guidance. Room was well laid out and full bell man and valet service was good.

When I first got there Iwas able to check in early and check out before Noon which was good since my flight was at night. 🤗 Loved the location with beach access. Workers were ALL friendly. Hotel showers were HOT which was great! Only negative thing was that the AC temperature would only go to 68. Overall great stay.

When we first arrived it took valet way too long to come take our keys after looking at us, and sitting there doing nothing in between taking care of everyone else but us. They were rude and communication was horrid. Front desk unfortunately could barely answer any of my questions. The bathroom sink was disgusting looking like it hasn’t been wiped down in days. The coffee situation in the room itself was odd, only one cream packet for two people? Super thin walls could hear everyone and everything including slamming doors all around us. You’re next to the street so you can hear all of that as well. No room service from the restaurant was pretty odd to me. They seem to not have enough staff. The only nice thing was that we were on the beach and could walk to it. This place needs so much work, and I would not recommend nor stay here again.

1. Took 25 mins for check in as there was only 1 attendant 2. Tried reaching out to front desk several time to request adding Radisson membership number to the booking; no response ever 3. One of the two rooms had a major leak 4. Long queue again for checkout as there was only 1 attendant

The rooms are decent, comfortable beds, the windows and bathroom reveal how old this hotel is - as do the hallways. The lobby has been nicely renovated but this is an OLD and worn hotel. And that would be ok if staff were friendly which they are not, or the amenities were decent - which they are not. I get it we stayed in “off season” but the room was no bargain and the service was nonexistent. The front desk staff seemed genuinely put out by having to do their job - as did the valets outside and the concierge. The only exception was a female concierge we met on the first day. We loved Miami Beach but were very unimpressed with our stay at this hotel.

Wonderful pool area and the beach access is right there. A towel and a chair is provided for each guest as well as an umbrella per couple. The food, drinks, and atmosphere is great at the hotel bar. House keeping came daily. Valet is costly at $48 per night.

Shower leaked on the floor, power went out twice in our room only and a colony of ants in kitchen contaminated our food. We were moved to three different rooms. Horrible front desk staff. Very uninformed. Poor management!!!

For a Radisson this was just average. AC was not working properly. No vent in bathroom. Bathrooms was getting excessively hot.

I like the entrance and how convenient it was to get an Uber or Lyft. The rooms were okay not my favorite. The walls are extremely thin and I can hear other people. It also took a while to get my refund back. However, it wasn’t a terrible hotel but expensive and charged for resort fee when I didn’t use the facilities at all. I would not return though but maybe recommend.

Great views and easy beach access!
Nice mini vacation while moving daughter in to college. Hotel had everything we needed and a restaurant was in the property. Pool was a bit crowded but access to the beach was awesome. Up close encounters with lizards was pretty cool (Florida is not a place to stay if you don’t like lizards). Room was spacious as we had a suite and the view was spectacular. The only con was the floor in our room must not have been mopped as the bottoms of our feet became dirty after walking on it despite it looking clean. Our infant crawler’s knees also became a bit dirty after crawling on the floor (looked like laminate or vinyl). However, everything else was clean and fit our needs.

Get a balcony if you want a view
Room was adequate and comfortable enough for my business trip. Certainly overpriced for the lack of view. Literally the worst view I've ever experienced in a hotel (I should have taken a picture). Couldn't even open the shade of my window as it looked right into the side of the neighboring hi rise and its windows. Glad I was only there 2 nights. Pool terrace was comfortable
