Stopped here for one night, pre-cruise. Huge lobby, nice fitness center and very spacious room. Stayed on the sixth floor which is probably a bit too close to the traffic noise.

Awful night
The front desk was very helpful and the lobby nice. The room was dusty with a musty smell. The furniture was old outdated and falling apart. I had a hard time sleeping the night there. The pool was very small and the area dirty so we did not swim. While the staff was friendly, the hotel itself was horrible. I won’t ever go back.

The hotel was overbooked so we didn’t get the room we paid for - 2 queen beds and had to take a single king bed and sofa instead. The receptionist was rude and unfriendly and didn’t compensate us for the inconvenience. We did get our room updated for the second night but at $300 per night I expected more. Also the initial room smelled of smoke! Overall experience was just bad for a flagship hotel like this.
