With the exception of the overpriced food ( it was good quality and tasty though!) and expensive valet parking, everything else was FANTASTIC!! We will be staying in this beautiful hotel again for sure!!

This hotel is in a nice area right on the river walk. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. We needed an additional roller bed and they brought one up within 10 minutes. There is a bar/restaurant in the lobby and a sandwich shop that were both good. The breakfast offered a pretty large variety. We would stay here again

When I got to the reception they informed me that the reservation didn’t exist. I tried to contact Expedia and there was no help. Even in the Expedia system when I was asked to enter the itinerary number , your cyber help told me that there was no reservation under that number. I end up paying for a room myself because I had no choice. I’m requesting a full refund for this mess that you created and I also want to share that it was very frustrating and unpleasant moment that you got me into.
