AWESOME!
We had an AMAZING time at the Nobu. The king size bedroom with Ocean view was perfect, with a beautiful balcony to sit and watch the ocean. The entire staff from Valet, to reception to people at pool and beach were so kind and friendly - and the grounds and resturants all so special - we had anawesome time.

Property had too many communication flaws! I book hotels with Expedia all the time and pay for my stay each time before hand every time. With Nobu there was a “Third Party issue” with the stay which required me to be billed $1400 after my stay. They did call or let me know during my stay, only when it was time to check out! Good food, decent ambience!

Great Hotel and Rooms.. Expedia no VIP benefits at this hotel. I got better benefits not booking thru Expedia. I booked a total of 3 rooms thru expedia and 1 room thru Amex travel. Amex Travel was way better and way more benefits includes Late Check out and Early check in,

This hotel has so much potential. Unfortunately the staff doesn’t really seem to care when it comes to the front desk. I had a major problem with them and the concierge. When it came to my reservation at Nobu. They told us we had a reservation and then apparently we didn’t. I will say the manager at Nobu is excellent though and he deserves a raise. I don’t know his name but He’s African American, A fine gentleman. He saved our experience. Stay away from the ocean restaurant at this hotel. We got hair in our food and it was a terrible experience. Our shower smelled like a sewer. I would not say this is a 5 star hotel. They have some improving to do. Employees don’t seem to care about the customers needs. We will be staying here again in January before we head back to LA so hopefully we have a different experience.
