No one at desk to check in, Customer in front of us had to call. Room was dusty, toilet paper holder coming off wall, no phone to call desk, outlet for tv just hanging. No clean towels for second day, asked by text twice and nothing so went home with no showers. Air conditioner full of dust, grown men in pool with kids on their shoulders playing chicken so my 10 year old was scared to get in pool. Overall crappy stay.

The bathrooms were very outdated along with the structure itself. Our tv and phone did not work upon arrival. The staff was very pleasant and switched us to another room right away. Close alot of shopping and restaurants, 10 minutes from the beach.

Not Wyndham standard

So much was going on after we checked in late. Toilet seat was broken as the bathroom door handle was also broken. Woke up to annoying alarms on both side of are rooms. First alarm at 530am and the other room 730am with it going off at least 30 min. The refrigerator was making a loud humming noise. Took a shower in the morning and water was not going down so I was in standing water. Not what we expected for a Wyndham hotel. Very disappointed!

Short trip but wouldn’t again

They did not have any air conditioning in the halls or pool room, no hair dryer in room, toilet paper holder kept falling out of wall. Other minor repairs or updates would help the building look a lot better. And ALL of the doors are EXTREMELY heavy.

Our checking was really good. The hotel is in sad condition. Kinda looked like they were remodeling but it is a sad condition. The room was clean but desperately needs repairs. The chair was broken and badly stained. Bathroom needed repairs. Hairdryer was broken and they had no replacement. Are people living there? Patios were full of empty liquor bottles and trash?? Checkout was awful. Worker was outside on his phone and never acknowledged us or came in to help. We gave our keys to someone jn the lobby. We stayed out of necessity but I’d never stay again. It was a little sketchy. I expected more from Wyndham.
