The property was extremely clean and well cared for. *All* of the staff from management through housekeeping were super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was so pleasant that even the other guests were friendly! If we're in Middlebury IN again, we *will* be staying here again!!

We have stayed here in the past. It was clean and offered a good breakfast. This time around, about 4 years, the room was very dirty, the toilet broken, the tv remote not working, and the breakfast was terrible. I do not enjoy sausage gravy and biscuits as my only option for a hot breakfast. We ate breakfast at McDonalds. The grounds were weed covered and the bulding had mold running off the stucco. Not a good appearance.

They changed your room just because you didn’t book directly with them and used a third party. So we got a room that didn’t fit what we needed and they wouldn’t move us to what I booked because they said they were over booked.

My luggage was moved to another room in my absence wo any notice. I found out when i returned and my room key card didnot work. My toiletries were left in the other room. Management would not enter other room to retrieve them no response from knocking. Management was still not helpful the following morning. I managed it on my own. Toilet in new room did not work.

Made my reservation on line, I checked in and was assigned a room. On the way to my room I noticed the nasty carpering, the room window was WIDE open, No sheets on the bed, the curtain was hanging by 2 hooks. Tub was nasty, Walked around the property and saw how bad the whole place was. Went to get a refund and leave and I was treated very bady when i asked for the refund receipt . Desk clerck said ahe emailed it to me. It never came. Stay away feom this place it is grostesk, nasty.
