Having been visiting Marbella and the golden mile for over 20years now, we decided to finally have a week at the Don Pepe. What a fabulous experience we had, attentive staff and exceptional service. Beautiful grounds & reception areas. The bedrooms are very small however. We had to change room as our neighbours were making noise at 3 o’clock in the morning. After that inconvenience all, we asked for was a late check out but refused & all they could give us was till 1pm. So no favours there. Nevertheless, the staff in general are very nice.

Beautiful views excellent food
Lovely hotel in a great location. Beautiful grounds and great service. We paid extra for the “red level” which entitled us to a private lounge that had food and drink out available for a good part of the day, nice quality! The room we had was a little dated, unexpected for that level but over all very comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast in the morning was amazing! We enjoyed our stay here.

A ruined new years. The hotel recommended its partner restaurant, cappuccino as a casual place to eat as we didn’t want the fanfare. When we went to eat at 8pm the were not even open. So we went back to the horror hotel that refused to serve us bc the kitchen closed at 8 and it was 8:12. Never again.
