I loved the property but was not happy with the shower.It was too small and I felt like I was kissing the walls when I was taking a shower. Overall it was a very nice room and bathroom. Services were very good.Receptionist sociable and very helpful.

Stayed 3 nights. Room did NOT look like the pictures. When we were given our room the 1st day, the bathroom light did not work and the shower did not drain. We told reception right away and we went to explore. On our way back, they told us everything was fixed. The did fix the light but not the shower. It continued to flood for the next 2 nights until the last night, water did not drain at all causing water to go from the bathroom to the bedroom and more. Only then, when the room was a disaster, we were offered another room “if we needed it”, not even a partial refund. Location was ok, about 20’ walking to Duomo, 15’ to Milano Centrale, located in the “financial district”. Breakfast was the best thing with buffet and impecable service.

Hotel check in is an issue if your will try to check in late after 0800 pm. No front desk after that. Hotel has only 5 parking spot which they charge 20 euro per day. Hotel manager is help full but stuff has no communication among them. We had issue with our parking when one Emplyee gave us one spot but other didn’t know and called us later to move our car and parked someone where else. Need better communication among the employees.
