Beds were unclean, bathroom had stains, overall disappointing hotel. DO NOT VISIT. The Receptionist man was extremely rude, when we was leaving an handing in our key cards, the receptionist claimed we hadn’t payed our taxes, which was untrue as when we arrived we was asked straight away to pay taxes and we did!!! which then led to the reception staff being extremely rude an stating that we didn’t an when my friends told them that will not be paying again he then started saying to “beg” on the street for money, as he was claiming we hadn’t payed, He was extremely unprofessional an needs sacking.

A very stylish and spacious hotel. As a family of 4 we were upgraded to the suite and that was appreciated. Housekeeping is spot on and the barman/waiter was very friendly. Transport is a 5min walk away. Beds are comfortable and aircon is good. Now the things that were not so good.: - the noise of other guests. It says its sound proofed but it’s not. We were disturbed frequently at various times during the night. The cleaners cupboard was also right next to our room so we heard them every morning. - the location whilst great transport links is poor for food options. You have to travel if you want anything. - poor sink drainage - to be fair we didn’t report this so didn’t give them a chance to fix it. - I awoke to a beeping noise at 5am which turned out to be the card holder near the door. All aircon and lights were off. I called reception and someone came right away ,flicked a few fuse switches and a few minutes later it came on. He muttered something about maintenance coming in a few hours. Nobody arrived, sleep was ruined, room was now hot and when I spoke to reception that day, they seemed unaware and not particularly bothered I had had a disturbed sleep.

Bad Milan experience
Very Bad Hotel in service they booked for me different small room and refused to change the room no one supported me and the room was not clean and uncomfortable bed

Good stay, 4 nights. Rooms cleaned daily & was very good price for the stay. Easy to get metro to centre within 15 minutes. Area around the hotel not the best but the hotel standards did not fall.

The hotel is basic as expected and good for like an overnight flight etc but it was very noisy the sheets were harsh and just not good.

Bed and pillow sheets were stained with yellow. Bathroom shower had a smell of pee. The area outside is filled at the late hour with men that crowd around a vending machine. Never felt more unsafe in Italy during my 3 week multi regional trip. The walls are extremely thin so expect to hear every detail of your neighbors' trips as well. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the property. The inside is contemporary and pretty but do yourself a favor and use your money on a hotel in a better area.

Modern hotel, good location, ok wheelchair access
Slightly confused check in as they took 30 minutes to find out our room wasn’t ready, the hotel is modern but quite dark and not overly welcoming as is the bar. It is very close to the metro and there are a few street cafes near by. We had a wheelchair accessible room which could have been larger as the space next to the bed was quite tight for my wheelchair, the bathroom was large although the shower seat was very small and could be difficult depending on your level of disability. Overall a well located hotel but I expected a little more.

Clean and renovated hotel.
Hotel is very clean and renovated. Spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff are very friendly. Location is close to lots of cafes and restaurants and a few mins from the metro, making it easy to get to central Milan. It is in an outer city area so you should keep a close eye on your belongings.
