AOUR ONE NIGHT STAY
Our stay was very pleasant. The room was ready & pleasant upon arrival, but the back emergency door was never locked all night long!! The male night clerk seemed to be distracted with a personal phone call.

Awful breakfast that would shame a budget motel.
I often stay in budget/mid range hotels but typically score 4/5 on Trip Advisor so hotels often 'exceed my expectations'. The spa advertised was not working at the time of booking but not notified. The breakfast was abysmal. No muffins, no bagels, not even any sliced bread despite lots of butter out. Worse still was that they had run out of milk ank creamer for the coffee. I raised this at the front desk and the lame excuse offered was they had more guests than expected (it was less than half full). We were early to breakfast. It seems this happens often and is unjustifiable given that a Walmart is within walking distance to at buy some bread! The only reason why a 2 was given is that the room was OK. I was informed that the hotel could not deal with a complaint as I had booked via hotels.com.
