Great breakfast staff!
Hotel staff was great. They gave us sleds to use on the hills next to the hotel. Hotel could use some updates but it was clean. The breakfast was great but the staff that took care of replenishing the breakfast and keeping things clean went above and beyond. He was up wiping tables constantly and making sure everything was clean and organized at the buffet, he even offered to make my son a special breakfast the following day but we were leaving. Very impressed!

First the shower water was horrible BROWN! Gross!!! One of the most uncomfortable beds I ever tried to sleep on! Lumpy! Blankets were thin. I asked about the water, I was told they are on a well that the drinking water was filtered. I added ice to my filtered water and it tasted like dirt! Very poor management!

Quick overnight trip to Cooperstown. Hotel was convenient to Cooperstown. Room was fine for an overnight stay, but walls are super thin, so anything being said in the neighboring rooms can be heard. I’ve stayed here in the past, and will stay there again.

Room was clean. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous got a lot of variety to choose from. The worker who took care of the breakfast area was wonderful. He went out of his way to make sure all stations were full. He helped my grandson get cereal and carry it back to our table. Pool and hot tub well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

The employees were very nice. The hotel was clean. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again. Only thing, the driveway to the hotel was not well marked and created a little bit of a road hazard.

Upon checking in, the gentleman told us to fill out the door hanger if we needed anything. I filled out for extra towels and toilet paper, left it on our door at 7am. We came back around 9pm and it was still there and our wishes weren’t addressed. They were urgent needs, but if they were, it wouldn’t have been fun. I will say, we left something in our room after checking out, were 20 minutes out and they retrieved it and we went back and got it. Overall a nice stay, hotel could use a little updating but the beds and pillows were comfy!
