The different listings online had the dog fee at $15 and we were charged $30. Lots of construction around very over priced room. And the desk person wasn't extremely welcoming and was very short with her answers.

Flooded out hotel
The hotel had been completely flooded out. It would have helped if the property managers would have notified their corporate office that way people didn't have the option of booking a hotel just to find out that it was closed with no power.
