We liked that it was close to a restaurant, but disappointed everything in Spencer was closed except Godfathers and a Mexican restaurant in town. I know it was the 4th but closed all day or never open is bad for business

Overall it was a great stay.

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was very helpful with everything that we needed. They even offered to help me with our bags since my spouse is handicapped. They had us in a lower floor room that would have been great except for a dog in the neighboring room. I did go back and let them know before moving into the room and they gave us another room upstairs which was great and I was not worried about being on an upper floor. We also had dogs and they were great with the fact that the other dog was noisy and would have been an issue with our furry family.

Everything about this property was excellent. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The facility including our room was immaculate! The only thing was that there were multiple groups of people sitting outside at night when we arrived and while it was a nice night, it was a bit unsettling when traveling and staying in a strange area.

We were impressed by the renovations that were made in the last year. The hotel was comfortable and clean, as was the pool. The staff was also responsive and friendly. The breakfast could use some protein options, but overall clean and well done.
