The hotel has a very convenient location, being close to the airport, and the area around it is generally quiet, which I appreciated. However, the soundproofing could definitely be improved. I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above, and they were quite loud, which disrupted my sleep at times.
On a positive note, one of the younger staff members at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay, which made my experience better. Unfortunately, not all of the staff shared this level of courtesy. A middle-aged staff member, in particular, was quite unprofessional in her interactions. My partner, who was exhausted, sat on the lobby couch to rest for a while, and the staff member approached and, in a very harsh and reprimanding tone, told him, 'Feet off the couch,' without any polite words like 'please.' It felt unnecessarily rude, and this kind of treatment was disappointing, especially in a hospitality setting where respectful communication should be the norm.
Overall, while the location and some staff were excellent, I believe improvements in both soundproofing and staff training in customer service would make a big difference.
