Loved that my dog was able to stay with me and they had an outdoor dog area and two hotel dogs! My dog became good friends with them and it was such an amazing experience. It was so nice for her to play with some friends. Hands down will stay here again if in the area.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, historic hotel. The lounge was a relaxing place to hang out. We also loved the great proximity to everything we wanted to do downtown.

Very run down. Hotel was built early 1900s and looks it. The beds are creaky and uncomfortable. All amenities are way overpriced. Pick someplace else

Reservation was for a queen room for 2. We had a double bed in a very very very small space. When you open the door - you hit the bathroom door if opened, Staff is very nice - when we couldn't turn off the air-conditioner. It was freezing in our room upon arrival - and a very nice staff member fixed it. We also didn't get towels for 2 - only 1person.

From check in to check out, the staff was great! Hotel was very clean. The room on the other hand could be better! First thing i noticed was that there was no literature on hotel amenities (restaurants, lounges ect...)! The desk clerk said there was a QR code in the room to scan for all info on hotel. We searched and there was no QR code anywhere. The next thing was no mini fridge. And lastly, the tub. Although, it was nice and deep but the updated liner over the tub wasn't as deep as the tub. So, when you sit or stand in the tub, it would pop and it was spongy! And there was a small amount of mold on the caulk around the bar soap holder. This is the first time that I have ever had an issue with Hilton. And ive stayed at alot if them around the country.
