We used the metro train to go to & from the Vikings game. The shuttle service took us to the train at the mall and when we returned it was a comfortable walk back to the hotel. Very convenient.

Very convenient location for Mall of America. Our room with 2 queen beds was a good size, comfy beds. Great that it included pool/hot tub and free parking. The breakfast was an added bonus with hot / cold choice. We did choose to go to ihop attached to the hotel on a couple of the days. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff was friendly for the most part. The handicapped room was average and the beds are not comfortable nor are they designed for someone who has legs issues. The room cleanliness was average and thankfully I had brought cleaning wipes and was able to get rid of dust and dirt, the full length mirror behind the bathroom door was filthy. The windows in our room were filthy also. The breakfast bar was good and a variety of choices which was nice. Every transportation driver we had was polite and friendly and that was wonderful - I salute the transportation drivers all of you were great.

I brought a group of students on a university-related business trip and having access to complimentary airport shuttle was such a convenience. During downtime, students were safely able to walk to and from the Mall of America and enjoyed shopping, entertainment, and delicious meal options throughout the week. The hotel itself was aged, but it was reasonably priced and you just can’t beat all the amenities provided. Staff were always so helpful, sweet, and cheerful. We enjoyed our trip!

I had a work conference at convention center, very convient to get to. The staff was amazing, Shaun helped us last minute for transport amd with tv issue Hot tubes were great, firepit was nice too. Breakfast buffet better than some. Overall would stay again because of staff. Waa nice to walk over to mall too

Property was great, food staff durling breakfast was beyond stellar. Quality of continental breakfast was by far better than most. ONLY PROBLEM WAS WRONG ROOM, we reserved a larger room with 2 queen beds and we got a small room with 2 full sized beds. Expedia has impossible to contact so far. I will try again tomorrow.

Didn’t realize there was a decent amount of oubic hair left in the shower from the previous guest. Yummy. The sheets had something brown on them got new ones .. just felt really filthy while staying in there which is sad cause we only were there to sleep, barely spent any time in the hotel but didn’t get to enjoy any of it. Pool filled with a bunch of drinks both nights, looked like a Transgenser person was tweaking for some kids in the hot tub…. Won’t let my kids near that thankfully the pool looked nasty and murky and had a weird yellow brown film too it too so we didn’t even bother letting them go in there. Wanted to roast some s’mores on the fire but looked like an underage drinking party was happening instead with a mother and some kids while the drunk mom told some terrible sounding stories to the kids about partying….. man. I went on and on …. I hope whoever read this had fun cause I sure did not. What a couple of nights. And the only thing that got said when I brought this up was “ you’re all checked out and paid in full and good to go “ 😂 cmon. I don’t vacation a lot but that’s a wild experience to leave a guest with
