Was quiet but floor under heater and under tv stand hasn’t been cleaned for weeks In one corner were dog kibbles Toilet tank would not shoot off unless lid was off No big bath towels only hand towels Stains on carpet Good breakfast though

The first room they gave us there was no bathroom light! So the front desk gal tried to get someone to fix it but no one was available. Then the sink was plugged! A very musty smell was strong in the room. Then the toilet wouldn’t stop running every time we flushed it😕. She then gave us another room. The toilet paper holder in the new room was totally broken off the wall. This property needs lots of care and maintenance.

The staff were horrible. Couldn’t make key to room because other employee had key maker. Cleaning rooms at 9:30 at night. Never had clean towels when we asked they said we had to wait. Pool and hot tub were disgusting couldn’t see the bottom. Room floor was sticky.

the property is in very bad shape: fixtures rusting out, shower tile disgusting, wallpaper peeling, staff almost non-existent. not enough towels in bathroom for 2 people, breakfast was the bare minimum on our first day and by the third day almost nothing. these are just some observations would NOT recommend this hotel

The staff really were doing the best they could. A little unprofessional but clearly they were terribly overloaded and not supported by management. What was wrong? Room keys didn’t work, for a whole day we had to get maintenance staff to let us into our room. Our phone in the room didn’t work. Breakfast was marginal on the first day, and pretty much non existent on the second day. I made toast but it tasted of mold. Apparently someone had quit so the desk clerk was looking after breakfast, front desk and laundry for the whole hotel!!! We looked at the pool area and it was really dirty so we didn’t take a dip. The hot tub had a 6” scum ring at the top. Yuck. So you get what you pay for. I understand why it was a bargain. But please management, just fix the problems and charge slightly more. It could be a nice place!

The staff seemed to be hard working and pleasant, but overworked. The desk clerks were tending the breakfast bar, cleaning and looking after the front desk.The breakfast was mediocre.

This hotelnis poorly run. There was not enough staff, our room was not ready ay our 9:30pm heck in time, pool was shut down, not enough towels, cable not working, staff was gereally.unavailable, got an inadequate room as that was all they had at the time, they had to get us a cot. Shower leaked terribly had to mop it up after every shower. Will never stay here again.

Staff not very professional. Room was adequate and somewhat clean. Hotel seemed to be noisy even tho it wasn’t very busy for a Tuesday night. A dog was barking on our floor. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again.
