Upon checking in, I was told that there is somebody at the desk 24 hours a day. We booked for a 5 night stay. When we were getting settled in our room, I noticed the sticker on the mirror stating they change the towels and sheets every 3 days, if you need fresh towels or sheets, let the front desk know and housekeeping would happy to help us (see photo). When we came back for the night, we stopped by to check out the pool. It was under repair. No mention of this when we checked in or anything when we booked on hotels.com about the pool not being available. On our way out we stopped by the front desk. This was the sign on the desk (see photos) to let them know we would like towels and the room made up everyday, called the number and it rang at the front desk. After another guest started asking loudly if someone was back there, someone did come out. I was told we are on the list. When we got back to our room, no towels or room cleaned. Went to the front desk, finally got ahold of someone and got towels. Went out the next day, same thing, no towels or room cleaned. on the 3rd day asked for the manager, Ashley, and told her about our experience, she told us she would personally clean the room and bring towels the next 2 days. Came back that night and room was clean and we had towels. Came back on our last night and guess what, no towels and room not made up. With a family of 4, who uses the same towel for 3 days? Maybe corporate Wyndham needs to do an inspection on this property.
