The staff was friendly and helpful. The condition of the hotel was a little run down but mostly average. Used the workout room. It was average and had everything i needed. The breakfast was nothing to be desired. The muffins were very stale. The sausage was good. I was there for business and the conference room was nice.

Overall not bad but pool/hot tub needed work
Decent price, decent overall quality. The po/hot tub was good the first night but the second one of the water slides wasn’t working and the hot tub hurt our eyes. The hot tub seemed to have an excess of chemicals, I lasted an about a minute before my eyes were watering and sore, it also had an explosion of foam. Overall was decent but pool/hot tub maintenance could be improved.

Quick one night stop.
The room was clean and tidy. The entrance to the property was sketchy looking. Rather unkept. A good sweeping or power wash can make things look a lot more tidy at the doors-entrance. Breakfast was adequate, waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage. Was a fair priced hotel for our overnight stop.

Enjoyed our stay!
Overall we had a great stay at the Clarion. Joy made our experience superb! The shuttle has limited guaranteed hours but Joy worked with us and picked us up outside of the hours. She also gave us a lot of info about Minot and was so pleasant every time we saw her. The hotel is clearly older, but everything was clean. The hotel is attached to the Ground Round, so it was nice to just walk over after a day o flying. The food was good and they had a nice variety.

Property is ran down and depressing. The carpets are dirty and frayed, the elevators are dirty and smell like the morning after a frat party. The lady at the front desk could hardly be bothered to look up from her phone to check me in. I should have used my tent on my bike and saved $65

Hotel is a bit dated/old but is clean! The waterpark is amazing! Perfect for families with small kids! Breakfast was wonderful and well run and clean. Overall, very good value and the waterpark is a must! North Dakota State Fair grounds are right across the street if you are in town for that.

This hotel was nice. The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable and they offer a decent breakfast. Our children are all grown up now, but if they were younger Im sure they would’ve loved the pool, it looked pretty fun. The only negative I have is that in the center of the hotel is a bar/ lounge area, which is great, but can be seen from all rooms as people come and go. When we were heading to our rooms there was 1 patron at the bar and the bartender watching a movie with so much profanity, and so loud. For the amount of families we saw with small children, it didn’t seem appropriate.
