The staff was friendly and helpful. The room needed some attention to detail in the cleaning process. The bed skirts were dirty and the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed between the beds. The bathroom had toiletries from the previous occupant left in the shower.

I’ve stayed at many motels in minot and this one is average, the rooms are not bad, my tub stopper didn’t work so I couldn’t bath, the hot tub jets were not working, the breakfast is very tiny not many options and for someone with celiac and can’t eat gluten there was maybe 2 items for me to eat, yogurt and fruit. I’m not sure if I will stay here again

The small room was clean which was great! The entrance doors to the hotel were not functioning which were quite difficult to open but not sure how long this problem was occurring. It was difficult to figure out how to set to thermostat in the room and every noise could be heard by other guests. The continental breakfast was ok and the coffee bar was good.

Room was ok, could use a comfy sitting chair instead of a wooden desk chair. Room could have been cleaner. Jacuzzi tub was nice. Pool needs maintenance, hot tub was hot but jets not working. Was disappointed that the side access doors to the rooms were not locked which allowed access to anyone, and the main doors were not working.

Rooms need attention, first room was not acceptable, second room was not as bad. Very dirty carpet , looks like it wasn’t vacuumed for a week. The shower curtain needs replaced. All surfaces should be wiped , including clocks , remote and windows. The people checking in before us had the same experience

The staff was very friendly. The main door going into the hotel didn’t work. You had to open it and shut it by hand. The mattress were not that good. I believe they were in the process of remodeling. They are trying to make it nice but it will take some time.

Property needs a complete update. Rooms are old and dirty. Breakfast area unclean and no seating. Bathroom fan and door handle were broken. Would not recommend.
