Welcome to the beautiful Three Palms, a luxurious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a private pool, located just a short walk from the beach in a gated community.

This spacious 2000 square-foot home features a split-bedroom design, providing ample space for a large group without feeling cramped. The house includes four bedrooms, a large living room, a dining room and breakfast area, and a laundry room. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

Enjoy the luxury of a private pool, perfect for swimming in comfort and privacy. The pool can be heated for an additional fee, especially useful during the winter months. The backyard area boasts many lounge chairs and umbrellas for your relaxation.

The house is approximately 500 yards from a private beach. We offer complimentary Beach Service (two chairs and one umbrella) from March to October. A public beach with free parking and restroom facilities is just 0.9 miles away, next to Pompano Joe’s. Most shopping areas and markets are nearby, including Destin Commons, the Outlet Mall, Whole Foods, and Publix.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a super-quiet dishwasher. For outdoor cooking, there is a large Weber gas grill and a charcoal grill to satisfy your inner chef.

As a single-story house with an attached garage, it can accommodate one car inside the garage and two large SUVs on the driveway. During peak periods, this property requires a 7-night minimum stay with Saturday check-in and check-out.

Summer vacation
This house is great. Perfect for families with little ones,best part is that beach is at walking distance meaning less sand in your car especially if you are driving long distance sand can be very uncomfortable and hard to vaccum 😅 Over all 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Best Family Vacation
My family and my brother’s family enjoyed the best family vacation in this home! Our group consisted of 4 adults and 6 children. We fit comfortably in the home and the home included anything we could need for beach fun! We loved the pool at the home and the gated community gave us a feeling of safety! The host were responsive to any questions we had through the duration of our stay! We would rebook this in a heartbeat!

Our annual families vacation and first time to the panhandle. The house was perfect size with the 3 king rooms and one bunk room for the boys. Nice pool and a short walk or bike ride to the private beach. Great stay altogether.

Amazing family vacation
This was such an awesome vacation. The house was equipped with any and all necessities needed for a great time at the beach. We were able to use bikes to ride which was great. The pool at the house was also very relaxing. To top this off, I left some items and was notified early next morning that they were being mailed. Being that a couple years ago, at another home I left a $600 watch and was told that it was née found This was an amazing vacation and I look forward to booking with these wonderful hosts again.

The house was very clean and the pool was great. However, we were Very dissatisfied with the lack of security. The lack of customer service from the management, and lack of internet and cable service for 2 days. At check-in, the front door access was broke and remained broke the entire stay for the 4 nights and 5 days. Had to go in and out through the garage with only one opener at times. Couldn’t lock the garage door to the house either. Felt unsafe leaving valuables while outside the residence. I Was asked to wait 4 hours at the residence for furniture to be delivered. Further, I was under the impression, after reading the advertisement the residence was a “short walking” distance to the private beach. Not so. The walk was a far distance.

Fabulous spring break house!

This was our second year in a row staying at one of Duc & Jessica's properties. It's very hard to explain how above and beyond they go for their guests! And let's not forget those that help them maintain the properties. The small amenities if you have children will go along way to making your stay that much better! Our Destin Vacation
This is my first vrbo experience. I just hope that they all go as smoothly as this . We booked the property back in February and from the start the communications with the owners has been excellent. We are from Ohio so it was a long drive to the beach house. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at all of the amenities that were furnished with the rental . In the garage there were 8 additional beach chairs and 4 bikes. The house was clean . No problems at all . We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone interested. Great vacation in a lovely home! Very clean and comfortable. Prompt and courteous communication by the owners. The home was MUCH better stocked than any previous rentals: extra paper towels, hand soap, Kleenex, dishwasher soap… REALLY appreciated the coffee and creamer after a long drive too :). We did get the pool heated and it was great on the sporadically rainy days. Beach walk is easily do-able with the kids in tow. We have booked in this neighborhood a couple of times in the past, but we hope to reserve this home on all our return trips. Thank you Vo family!

This property was perfect for our family! I was very impressed with all the attention to details down to toothpaste. It was very clean and they had everything you could possibly need. It was so nice to not have to bring beach chairs or wagon for the beach and the walk is not bad at all. Jessica and Duc are very quick to respond if you have any questions. Great communication!

Our family really enjoyed this house. It has everything you need. Pots, silverware, plates, cups, even an ice maker machine. They even had cokes and water in the fridge and toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner, and soap in the bathrooms. It was very clean. The pool area was very nice. The walk to the beach was about 10-15 min. We plan on staying again!
