With grounds that include indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an expansive workout facility, a sauna and steam room, two restaurants, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball, you'll never be far from the action at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort. Hop on board the free tram when you don't feel like walking to the beach, escape the pressures of everyday life on the nature trails of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, or tee off at more than a dozen championship golf courses in the area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
