She took my ID and credit card ran the card then told me my room is not ready that was about 3 pm, after half an hour I asked her again, she said room not ready I then wait two more hours in the front lobby asked her again, she said not yet, I then asked her can you give me any room as I had accessible room, she then said you booked thru third-party like expedia so I will not change your room, I then got a room at Marriott and went there, I then told her I am too tired and going to another hotel. They should not charge me for my reservation.
