Hotel GREAT!! hotels.com Communication NOT great!
The Room and hotel were amazing. Breakfast was good. It was very quiet where we were. Spacious and comfortable. The downside was on Hotels.com's side. My reservation never got to the hotel. Luckily they had plenty of room.

You asked. Not welcoming microwave dangerous rusty inside horrible not safe for renovating to a Hilton saw no changes stained couch carpet all cabinets worn charging for breakfast which was not good when you didn’t charge no sweet texts asking if anything needed staff not friendly very negatively energy atmosphere miss the old Varsity Club this change is extremely disappointing not impressed with Hilton remember you asked how can they have such an awful microwave for guest to use

Poor service since becoming Hilton vacation club
This hotel has changed since becoming a Hilton vacation club. They no longer include breakfast. We asked to have our beds made up and came home to a stack of sheets so apparently no room service. If you stayed here previously be prepared for less customer service.

After a long drive, it was nice to be able to relax in a nice 2 bedroom suite. My 91 year old mom was traveling with me and the rooms made it easy for someone with a walker to ger around. I would rate the place excellent on all counts!

Room was very nice. TV didn’t work initially, but they were able to fix it. We thought it was strange that they don’t clean your rooms But only if you stay more than four days, but we could get fresh towels when we needed them

The only complaint I have is a major one the shower/ bathtub didn’t properly drain so the tub filled with water as you showered and it was very gross leaving film & nastiness for the next person trying to shower in a shared suite
