The Blue Coyote "Hideaway" is located in Rim Village (the highest rated condos in Moab!). Our patio is NOT in the west sun heat. Perfect for a great early evening BBQ. We also have a huge field behind us so our unit is completely private!

This secluded unit is one of a kind due to the location and privacy, yet it is located only 5-8 minutes south of downtown Moab, Utah. We are within minutes of Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point, Dinosaur tracks, the Colorado River, The Moab Golf Club, white water rafting, mountain biking/hiking/jeeping trails, etc…, but not in the hustle and bustle of downtown Moab, that you'll be happy you stayed here. It’s our favorite place to be. Please contact us and we will give you the scoop on the best places the locals love, from eating out to activities that will create a memorable experience for your vacation here in Moab!!! We would love to share our secrets!

*Two roll away beds for guests 7 & 8. Just know that they are not as comfortable as a true bed.
*The kitchen includes those 'extra' items so you can create an exquisite dinner and set a beautiful table to make your vacation memorable.
*Dining table has leaf inside it to expand for larger seating shown in picture.

You will get a restful and relaxing night's sleep nestled in the high-quality linens and down bedding (other bedding is optional for people with allergies).

The two-car garage provides you with a safe place to store those valuable 'toys' you may bring along, such as your mountain bikes, jeeps, or the hot-rod you're bringing for the Moab car show. Wash tub in the garage to clean up after a long day of activities for your toys.

We also provide a gas BBQ grill and utensils to fix a meal. Eat out on the large patio (Seating for 8+) for those great summer day’s that you want to spend outdoors. The Rim views from the private patio will be a constant reminder of the beautiful area you've chosen to spend your vacation without the blistering hot West sun.

Pool and Hot Tub in Rim Village - Pool opens in March and Hot tub is open year around! They are just a hundred feet away from our door!

We have equipped our Moab vacation rental with everything necessary to make your stay convenient and comfortable plus some extra’s that you will love! If we are missing something please leave us suggestions!

The Moab area offers renowned mountain biking trails, Jeeping trails, unforgettable white-water rafting experiences and much, much, more.

After an invigorating hike, Jeeping or mountain bike ride, a trip to the hot tub and pool as well as our clean and comfortable atmosphere and amenities of our “hide-away” will prove to be a refreshing ending to the day.

Sorry, but we don't allow smoking indoors or pets in our Moab condo rental.

Perfect Moab Place to Stay

This condo is perfection. We stayed here with three adults and three teens. There was plenty of space for all of us. The rollaway beds were such a nice amenity. We ate all our meals in the well stocked kitchen. Played games in the dining room or out on the patio. Watched TV as a family on the huge big screen TV in the living room. It was just perfect for family bonding. Not to mention the place was immaculately clean. We’ll for sure be back to this place when we come back to our favorite get away which is MoAb!

Just what we needed

Pretty cut and clear. This was a nice property with a good location relative to Moab and within the resort also. It was clean, had comfortable furniture, nice amenities, and new appliances. AC worked very well and wasn't super restricted like some places. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

My spouse, 86 yo mother and I totally enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable condo easily accessible to the big spots of Arches & Canyonlands N. P., Dead Horse State Park and other local sites around Moab. Check out Mill Canyon Dinosaur Trailhead and Canyonlands Ballooning - both were memorable additions to a great time in Moab.

What a view!

This village is south of Moab and out of the busy downtown but a short drive away. We loved the quiet and the views of the mountains from the patio are amazing! The home was very comfortable, all on 1 floor, and has all the amenities you need. Loved being close to the pool too.

Great Location!

The location was great, just outside of downtown and easy to get everywhere we needed. It had everything we needed and all the appliances worked well. Received a welcome text from the owner so we had easy access if needed (we did not). Very simple exit process that we happily executed.

What a great place to stay! Spacious and clean! Great to have garage access, especially since it started raining when we arrived. Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and all that Moab has to offer. If you are coming to Moab, you need to stay here!!

Great stay at Blue Coyote

Moab is one of our very favorite places to visit. Staying at the Blue Coyote made it an even better stay. We played all day and it was nice to come "home" to this super nice condo. Everything we could have needed or wanted was already provided, even down to reuseable shopping bags. The check in and check out were both spelled out for us and Tonya, the owner, let us know how to contact her if needed. We will definitely stay here again, you won't regret staying here, not one bit.

Amazing Property

Very well kept. Beds were very comfortable. Our group had five adults and there was plenty of room to fit all of us comfortably on the couch. Very private and quiet. Right across from swimming pool and hot tub. Directions very clear and if you had any questions host was readily available. Will definitely stay here again next time in Moab.
