This is a beautifully maintained home with everything you need to enjoy a stay in New Paltz. The kitchen has all the glasses and utensils you need. Bedrooms are comfortable. Great views from their balcony. Highly recommended

My family (husband and 12 year-old daughter) rented Michele's beautiful home for four weeks in August as a complete getaway from the city. My daughter also had a friend up and her dad came for a bit, too; there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own comfortable space--it was great! We made great use of the hot tub and the girls loved the indoor pool and air hockey. I cooked multiple times on the big grill and we loved eating outside. It was a lovely, homey space to have as a home away from home. The surrounding area is also amazing. We took easy hikes in Minnewaska State Park and in the Mohonk Preserve. We ate in really great and fun restaurants in High Falls and Tillson. We went to the farmstand 10 min down the road every day. I was very familiar with other parts of the Hudson Valley but staying at Michele's made me fall in love with the area. We will definitely be back!

From the views to the house itself, everything was wonderful. I might oil a few doors that creak when the sleepless wander at night - otherwise - perfect!

This is a gorgeous property located near Minnewaska State Park, the Angry Orchards Cidery, and Robibero Winery. It was the perfect home base for our family vacation. We loved the modern amenities, stylish architecture, and spacious kitchen for cooking our meals. It was great to be surrounded by nature. We rowed one of the boats on the lake, and there weren’t any bugs in the middle of July - just thousands of poliwogs, along with some frogs and turtles. There was no TV in the living room, which meant the family spent more time socializing, playing board games, and hiking outside. We enjoyed watching the heavy downpours in the evening. Our father uses a cane, and it was important that there was a bedroom and full bath on the main level of the house. The beds were very comfortable, and rooms were very quiet with the doors shut. The exterior had a few hazards for very small children, but the youngest of our family is 7 - supervision is necessary anyway due to the lake. We had a weather related issue on the first day that the VRBO team was able to resolve for us, and they were very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend staying at Sparkling Waters to get closer to nature.

The quality of furnishings and supplies made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s house (albeit, a friend with impeccable style and cleanliness). This rental made our vacation truly memorable. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in a swanky home. We can't wait to return!
