I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the last decade or so and this was the first time I’ve had any problems. The staff was not as friendly as in the past. The worst part was a small stain on the comforter I discovered on Christmas Eve when there was no housekeeping available. Disgusting enough to make me consider never staying there again!

Check in was efficient and it was easy to find the room. The room was clean and ready. Everything worked well. The toilet works extra well but is loud walking someone up every time someone else flushed. There was coffee and more but we were not there long enough.

The location is great and so it’s the staff. I can add that when I reviewed my credit card statement the charge was 60 dollars more than what I was supposed to pay. When I called the hotel they said it was 20/per day deposit charge that should be credited in a “few” days. No one had warned me about this charge at the time of check out.

We asked for 1 day for room cleaning, but we did not get any on our 3-day stay. Parking is a bit expensive and should be included. Bed was a bit hard. Overall, it was fine. Not great. But fine. Front staff was nice and facility seemed overall seemed clean.

Great place to sleep well
We were busy visiting with family the entire trip so just needed a place to sleep. This hotel was so quiet, comfortable and well maintained. It has everything we needed to get a good nights sleep.

We love staying at this hotel. We have relatives in Lake Oswego and always stay here. We had a big 90th birthday celebration and family and friends came from all over the country. We all stayed at the Hilton on my recommendation

Stayed on a pretty slow weekend/season, and things were nice and quiet. Room was pretty clean; clean enough for my wife to be happy, and that's not an easy bar to meet. Nice products in the bathroom, and a really good shower. $17 for the breakfast buffet, which we didn't take. $10 for parking in their garage/property, which is kind of silly out in the suburbs like that; we opted to not pay it, and to just park on the street, which was super close and easy. Friendly front desk staff.
